my sympathies are with Butch and his family for the loss of their pet

this is possibly the best thing to happen to Hall & Oates since well, Hall & Oates. ladies and gents, i give you Fran Capitanelli a talented lad that will give you a new appreciation for tired little ditties circa 1981.
oh, and yep, that’s Butch reigning at center stage. however, for this seven minutes, Fran was king.
i was privileged to be in attendance at the first of butch walker’s four night - sold out residency in the ATL last night (3 additional nights of privilege to go …) and while i moaned, complained and was slow to start this morning, butch was up and at ‘em on Good Day Atlanta.
